The second video I worked on for National Apprenticeship Week 2022 on the Lower Thames Crossing project by National Highways, a government company charged with managing, maintaining and improving England's motorways and major A roads.
I took care of creating the characters of the video, done in Illustrator, and the colored pencil backgrounds, for which I used the Procreate app for Ipad.
The main character is the only one always made with a wider palette, the remaining elements (secondary characters, objects and backgrounds) are each made often with a single color in various shades, to highlight the protagonist of the video.
